All Structural Steel Framed 2x2 Stud Portable Shelters
Our ALL STEEL 2x2 Stud portable shelters feature the following:
All structural steel framing: We build our units with 2" x 2" Structural steel framing. Our steel studs have a 50,000 PSI Yield Strength and are triple-coat galvanized for superior corrosion resistance, on both the inside and outside of the tubing.
All Welded Trusses: Our roof trusses come fully welded for additional strength and stability. It is especially important to have fully welded trusses rather than swaged "slip-fit" corner pieces if you are in a windy area or are looking for a taller shelter.
Engineering: Our shelters are Wet Stamp Engineered.
Sheet Metal Roofing: We offer Lifetime Warranty Sheet Metal Roofing on our units. Additionally, we offer our customers 18 different colors of roofing to choose from to match their home, shop, or surrounding landscape, at no additional charge for colors.
Roofing Rib Direction: We run our sheeting so that the ribs run from the peak of the unit to the eave, just like you would see on a home or fabricated steel building. This allows snow, leaves, pine needles, etc. to leave the roof of the unit rather than getting stuck on top. Additionally, it allows our customers to put gutters on their shelters. Even the highest quality sheeting will rust and stain if debris is piled on top of the unit with no way to leave.
